We’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire about your property requirements, then the selection process begins. Using a large network of agents and contacts nationwide we compile a totally independent selection of properties to match the type, location and price range you have specified. Our enquiries are always made discreetly.

We conduct our own assessment viewings before offering you a short list of properties. If you are intending to buy a property we can negotiate directly with the vendor’s agent and oversee the whole conveyancing process through to completion. If you are looking to rent, full details of each property’s rental terms will be included with the short list.
